Wash is not reaching the tunnel

Distinguish the loader, controller, and connectivity issue.

Identify where the process stops

Record whether the sale completes, the vehicle appears in the loader, and the selected wash reaches the tunnel controller. Report the exact stage and the affected lane or queue.

Staff checks

  1. Record any message on the loader and TunnelWatch screens.
  2. Tell support whether all lanes are affected.
  3. Note recent power events, network work, or configuration changes.
  4. Keep tunnel operation under the site's established procedures while support investigates.

TunnelWatch connectivity

The network-move note describes checking Production → Remote Connectivity → TunnelWatch.com for CONNECTED after a move. It also says Data Collector and Cloud Monitoring can appear disconnected when those services are not in use. Support should interpret these indicators for the site's actual configuration.

Important handoff detail

The White Water installation guide marks both loader and controller cable moves as operations that interrupt the existing wash operation. Do not treat a port change as a casual connectivity test.

Recovery check

Support and the operator should verify the intended wash is sent and received correctly, using the approved test process for the controller.
