White Water kiosk screen replacement
Replacement kiosk screens connect directly to middleware: HDMI for picture and USB for touch.
The White Water conversion
White Water is swapping the kiosk screens as part of the NXT Wash conversion. The replacement screen connects directly to the lane’s middleware computer.
| Connection | What it does |
|---|---|
| Screen power | Powers the display. |
| HDMI from middleware to screen | Carries the picture. |
| USB from screen to middleware | Carries touch input. |
Installation references
Use the replacement screen and mounting hardware supplied for the kiosk. The XPT5 retrofit guide covers the middleware and lane peripherals. The ICS retrofit guide describes the replacement faceplate and Beetronics touchscreen installation.
Check the picture and touch separately
After installation, verify that the NXT Wash screen is visible and touch works on the intended display. A visible picture and working touch use different cable paths.
If the screen is dark, has no signal, is frozen, or does not respond to touch, use Kiosk screen troubleshooting. Give support the lane number and exact symptom.
